We are in the run up to Christmas, only ten more sleeps! I think I have detected a slight panic in the people that I have met this last week, or is it just me? Good news is we haven’t missed the last posting day for second class mail, that’s Tuesday, all will be well.
Part of the difficulty with Christmas preparations is that this is also the time when slightly stressed we can become more susceptible to those lurking winter viruses. The norovirus has arrived early this year it seems and many people have colds and coughs too. Ideally to help recovery we need to rest but we think that we can’t really spare the time! However, this is self defeating as it prolongs the time we have the bugs and the time it takes us to feel better. Best to rest a while and return to action when we are up to the task!
Have a look at my winter newsletter for some tips to help you stay as healthy as possible in the run up to this year’s festivities, www.cornishhomeopaths.com/news.html and clink on the newsletter link.
Wishing you all a happy week.Bye for now
